As a prerequisite, please read one of the following two books: The Wisdom of the Enneagram: The Complete Guide to Psychological and Spiritual Growth for the Nine Personality Types by Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson, or The Enneagram: Understanding Yourself and the Others in Your Life by Helen Palmer.

The Enneagram is a system of nine personality traits combining traditional wisdom teachings and modern psychology providing a clear understanding of behavior and motivation. This powerful tool can be applied to personal development, spiritual growth, and successful relationships at work and home.
