COVID-19 BROUGHT THE WORLD INTO AN INITIATION an accelerated state of initiation and transformation. Such a powerful vision quest, in which we’re each called to deepen emotionally, surrender aspects of our identity, and awaken to a much larger spiritual connection.
Every day brings an opportunity to fall into fear, reactions or defensive ego habits (anyone eating, sleeping, or working too much?), OR to relate from a deliberate state of conscious awakening.

We’re all IN A WORKSHOP right now!
Workshop LIVE is for de-briefing experiences, learning new skills, make meaning of the experience we’re in, and consciously participating in this unprecedented life event for personal and collective awakening and deepening.
We’ll use a variety of modalities including, but not limited to:
• Group sharing, witnessing, and discussion
• Content Presentations on key topics such as Stages Of Grief, Individuation and Ego Identity Loss, Opportunity of a New World Vision, and more.
• Skill development and practices for emotional balance, listening to Soul, solitude sacred time.
• Film Clips, Meditation, Dream Work, and Ritual.

Optional Homework will be offered to support each class. Sharing, interacting, and deepening between classes available on the ‘Awake & Alive’ group page.
This is an interactive experiential workshop. Come ready to participate and engage! Please have a journal and pen handy, and set up your environment to to have a private, quiet place to work from.
