Rob Ragozzine
Letting go doesn't have to mean giving up, rather it can be about freeing up space within your life for new possibilities. It can be about taking conscious and positive action. For many people the process of letting go can begin when they understand that resisting change, or holding on to certain relationships is self limiting and requires too much time, effort and energy.
Of course, letting go of your unhealthy or non-supportive relationships might not be an easy process. We often become connected to others who are similar to people from our past, such as our parents, siblings and guardians. Numerology can be an extremely useful and vital resource in searching for meaning within our lives. For me, it's used in part of a continuing process in which I am answering the calling of my soul. Now you probably can't compare your own life with the harrowing experiences that Viktor Frankl encountered, but hopefully you will have gained some insights into yourself, through your own victories, accomplishments, upsets and difficulties. Through your own personal experiences you probably have learned to foster hope, faith and inspiration for yourself and others. Fostering hope enables all of us to make and bring change into our lives and to find meaning and value for ourselves.

Numerology works under the premise that the numbers and information that is represented by your name and birthdate can help you to develop a deeper understanding of your self, strengths, weaknesses, talents and personal patterns. For instance, all of the numbers in your birthdate are added together to calculate your Life Path number. This number is a reflection of what you want your life to be like.

Learning about the New Year
Numerology works under the premise that we live our lives in a series of cycles. One of the more important cycles that we can study is the cycle of the current year. As part of a particular cycle within your life, each year has a number that is associated with it. Each of the single digit numbers, 1 through 9, represents a particular cycle or series of patterns. These cycles are briefly explained below:
